Carnahan Crest is a Homeowners Association (HOA) that offers an aethestically pleasing and convenient residential living situation to each of its resident homeowners. While community living can help provide the benefits of shared expenses and a close-knit neighborhood, it also means that we, the homeowners, have a shared responsibility to abide by HOA norms and standards. This helps the entire HOA  establish positive neighbor relationships and maintain the overall appearance and care of the association property. 

We hope that this website offers you insights about Carnahan Crest, and provides you with important information about the history of the community, its governance and regulations, and descriptions of its physical properties and systems. It also serves as a repository for the HOA's "Institutional Memory."
