Currently, the governance of the Carnahan Crest HOA is conducted solely by volunteers drawn from the residents of the HOA. This helps keep our annual dues at a minimum, with homeowner dues going primarily to cover expenses related to the ongoing care and maintenance of the common areas (landscaping, road, water systems, etc.) Having an all-volunteer Board and committess help to keep our HOA administrative expenses typically to less than 2.5% of the HOA's total annual budget.
